• Appointments may require confirmation, rescheduling notice, or deposits depending on studio policy.
• Clients should arrive with clean lashes and disclose sensitivities, recent eye treatments, or relevant health concerns.
• Late arrival, cancellation, no-show, refill eligibility, and bridal booking rules should be finalized by the studio.
• Lash Studio may refuse or adapt a service if natural lash health or eye safety requires it.
